Reseller Account
Using this menu, Reseller can manage the child accounts. The Reseller can enable or disable functionalities like Dynamic Benefit, Custom Tariff for the enterprise.
View Account details
1. On the top menu, click

to view the Account details screen. Refer to the following screen.

Note: All the accounts under Reseller are displayed.
The following account details are displayed on the screen.
Field | Description |
MVNO ID | Indicates the unique reference ID of the MVNO. |
Customer Name | Indicates the name of the customer. By default, the Customer Name will be displayed in ascending order. |
Tier ID | Indicates the Tier ID for each customer. For example, Reseller or Enterprise. |
Customer Type | Indicates the type of customer. For example SFT or M2MIC.By default, the Customer Type column is not displayed. You can view the Customer Type column using the show/hide columns ( ![]() ) button. |
Country | Indicates the country of the customer. |
Connection Type | Indicates the type of connection. For example Postpaid or Prepaid. |
Current Status | Indicates the current status of the account. For example, Active or In-active. |
Cost | Indicates the charges for the current month usage. |
Balance | Indicates the remaining account balance available. |
Details | Click ![]() to view the account details. |
Support | Click ![]() to view the corresponding account |
Account Email | By default, the Account Email column is not displayed. You can view the Account Email column using the show/hide columns ( ![]() ) button. |
Note: All the above mentioned fields (except Details and Support fields) can be sorted in ascending and descending order on click of up and down arrow.
View Enterprise Account details
2. On the Reseller account screen, click

displayed against the enterprise. Refer to the following screen.

After clicking the button, the following screen is displayed.

3. After clicking the button for newly onboarded customers, the following screen is displayed.

while onboarding the account, as soon as the plan is attached to the account, platform considers ‘bicsapn’ as a static decision to create APN groups under child account.
To avoid this situation APN selection option is added in provisioning process
The attached APNs field will have an option to attach APNs and it will be mandatory to attach APNs before assigning the baseplan.
For enterprise customer CRM - Available APNs List window - DEFAULT APN for DEFAULT APN GROUP field will be available for assigning the default APN group.
For reseller customer CRM - Available APNs List window - DEFAULT APN for DEFAULT APN GROUP field will not be visible.


If the reseller user is trying to attach a base plan without filling APN information below error message will pop up.

Before attaching baseplan the user can modify the default APN, click on the edit button

to modify the APNs attached and default APN.

Once the baseplan is assigned, the DEFAULT APN for DEFAULT APN GROUP field will be non-editable, only the APNs list can be modified.

4. For an OEM Enabled Enterprise account, after clicking the button the following screen is displayed.

While clicking on OEM model toggle button, below screen will be displayed to select Test plan

5. The following account details are displayed on the screen.

Launch Date | Indicates the date on which the account will move to Commercial status. |
Dynamic Benefit only | Push-button to make the use of Dynamic Benefits mandatory option should only be applicable for new Endpoint activations. It should be possible at any point to switch this option to ON for an existing account, even when there are active Endpoints present under the account which are not subscribed to Dynamic Benefits. |

Plan Swap with Coverage and Service Change
When swapping the plan for a reseller or an Enterprise, the system needs to check for all derived destination groups and DEFAULT and CUSTOM roaming profiles (on all levels below - Resellers and/or Enterprises) if in each of them there is at least one network left after the above updates. For DEFAULT roaming profile, if the network(s) present in the destination group of the new plan are barred/removed by the enterprise. the plan swap can result in an empty destination group or roaming profile.
On the Account Information screen, click

displayed against the Plan, Refer to the following screen.

After clicking the button, the following screen is displayed

If the plan swap results in an empty destination group or roaming profile, on Plan Details screen, after selecting plan, the user gets the following WARNING message:

After clicking “Yes” the system will execute the plan swap.
Note:
Added networks will be added automatically to the default roaming profile derived from the destination group of the plan (only for Enterprise).
Added service will be added automatically to the default service profile of the plan (only for Enterprise).
Removed networks will be removed automatically from all destination groups and roaming profiles (default or custom) derived from the destination group of the plan (for Reseller and Enterprise).
Removed service will be removed automatically from the plan and respective benefits will be end-dated (for Reseller and Enterprise).
All CUSTOM roaming profiles will remain unchanged, nothing should be automatically added. The added network(s) will however be available for the Enterprise to be added manually.
When for a Reseller the current plan is swapped to another plan which has additional network(s), no change will happen automatically. The added network(s) will however be available for the Reseller to be added manually.
When for a Reseller the current plan is swapped to another plan which has less networks, the removed network(s) will be automatically removed from all destination groups of the Reseller which contain these network(s).
When for an Enterprise the current plan is swapped to another plan which has less networks, the removed network(s) will be automatically removed from all roaming profiles (DEFAULT or CUSTOM) of the Enterprise which contain these network(s).
When for a Reseller the current plan is swapped to another plan which has additional service, no change will happen automatically. The added service will however be available for the Reseller to be added manually.
Plan Swap is not possible for the customer if MDB is activated.
Plan Swap is not enabled if OEM is enabled.

On the Account details screen, by default, the
Plan tab is displayed. Refer to the following screen

Addon Subscription and Deactivation
On the account details screen, click Addon Subscription. Refer to the following screen

After clicking the button, the following screen is displayed.

Click Subscribe to subscribe for the Addon plan
On the account details screen, click Deactivate button for deactivate the Addon plan. Refer to the following screen.

After clicking DEACTIVATE, a confirmation message is displayed indicating Addon is successfully deactivated.

Transaction Details
To view the transaction details, click the Transactions tab. Refer to the following screen.

The following Transaction details are displayed on the screen.
Field | Description |
Time | Indicates the date and time of the transaction |
Service | Indicates the type of service. For example Data or SMS or NB-IoT. |
Initiator | Indicates the MSISDN of the endpoint under any of the enterprise from where the transaction is initiated. |
Volume (MB)/Count | If the service type is data, the volume of data consumed in Megabytes (MB) during the transaction is displayed. The value shall be displayed with 3 decimals. If the service type is SMS, usage count for SMS is always 1 |
Charges | Indicates the charges for the transaction. The value shall be displayed with 3 decimals. |
Currency | Indicates the currency of the enterprise. |
Status | Indicates the status of the transaction. For example, Success or Failure |
Network | Indicates the network used for the transaction. For example, Proximus. |
View | Click the ![]() icon to view the quick description of the transaction. |

USAGE SCENARIOS
General Rules
First, check the ratezone
If we have both pooled and non-pooled MDB, Non-pooled should be used first
The check if there is an active MDB that offers a Benefit on that rate zone
If multiple active MDB user MDB priority
if multiple MDB with the same priority, then the user expiration date of the MDB to decide which on to use firs
If the expiry date is the same, then random use the MDB
MDB without defined priority should be consumed first (no priority equals the highest priority)
If multiple benefits within the same MDB are available for the same Network then user priority of the benefit
if benefits have the same priority then use random
Benefits without defined priority should be consumed first (no priority equals highest priority)
If no active MDB for the ratezone, check MDBs with activation on usage and activate and use again based on the priority/expiration/random rules
activate first the MDB with the highest priority
if multiple with the same priority activate MDB with the smallest expiration
if multiple mdb with the same priority and same expiration then random
MDB without defined priority should be considered as the highest priority
Billing
The Reseller can view the Billing details of enterprise for the current month and last 6 months using the Billing tab. Refer to the following screen.
