  • Pre-defined dynamic benefits (non-pooled) – pre-agreed dynamic benefit bundles of data for different countries available to be activated for any device with an exclusive (non-pooled) benefit to that device. Charged by BICS based on the number of bundle activations in a month. Resellers can either define their own dynamic benefit bundles or pass on BICS provided bundles to their children accounts below them

  • Support Access to child account for Resellers by APIs - Till now Resellers can use the support access to a child account graphically from the SIM for Things Portal when required to provide support or execute any commands emulating their child, Now do the same with APIs, request a child account token and access and execute APIs emulating a child without the need of child user credentials

  • SIM state change notifications in real-time – Receive any change in the state of any SIM card (device) in real-time through the combination of notifications and call-back APIs directly in your data center. No need to poll and execute thousands of APIs every hour anymore to retrieve any possible status change of the SIM card (device)

  • 5G services control – visualize 5G supporting networks in the coverage, create plans with 5G support and assign to device that need 5G support with usual per endpoint 5G barring capabilities.

  • Enhanced external RADIUS support (Authentication & Accounting) – Increase end to end security by providing your devices the capability to authenticate using PAP/CHAP with your RADIUS server before allowing a data session. Increase control of your RADIUS accounting by receiving Interim accounting messages also rather than just Start and Stop

  • Static public IP allocation to devices without a private DC setup (without VPN) – today, we do support allocation of your static public IPs to your devices, with this new feature we are going to provide this capability without establishing a private data center connection with BICS infrastructure (VPN establishment)

  • Access “Online help center” directly from SFT portal – Don’t need to remember the url for the “Online help center” https://docs.sft.bics.com, directly access it from the top right-hand corner of the SFT portal by clicking the notebook icon. Find all the required useful information from user guides to FAQs and demo videos to help you better understand our SIM for Things platform
