Release 4.20.0 - December 9, 2025

Enhancements

Balance Adjustment API for Addon Plans

Benefit Control at Subscription Time

We added the possibility to adapt the benefit balance of the addon plan via the SubscribeAddon API.

Key Capabilities:

  • Flexible Balance Control: Adjust available units of addon plan benefits at subscription time

  • Partial Provisioning: Provision addons with custom starting balances for trial periods or promotional offers.

  • Auto-Reset on Renewal: Benefits automatically reset to full plan value upon renewal.

IMEI information for SIM

We added the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) field to the API and portal:

  • The fetchSIM API now includes the IMEI field in its response payload

  • In the portal, the IMEI is displayed as an optional field in the "SIMs" table

  • You can export this information via the portal (.xlsx and .csv) with the additional IMEI column

Flexible Addon Plan Validity - End of Month Option

Prepaid addon plans now support an "End of Month" validity option, aligning the prepaid addon lifecycle with monthly billing cycles.

  • Portal: Select "End of Month" validity when creating or modifying addon plans

  • API: Specify validity parameter in addon plan configuration calls

SGP.32 testing

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the latest eSIM standards, we have introduced SGP.32 functionality in Release 4.20.

The SGP.32 solution is currently available as a standalone setup, enabling customers to test and develop new SGP.32 use cases in a flexible environment. This GSMA specification is designed specifically for IoT eSIM remote provisioning on constrained devices, offering reduced bandwidth requirements and more efficient profile management compared to SGP.02.

Full integration of SGP.32 capabilities into SIM for Things is planned for upcoming releases.

We encourage you to explore this beta feature and share your feedback to help shape future developments.
