New Portal Branding Configuration
New SIM for Things Portal Interface for Branded customers
This page provides an overview of the branding options available in the new SIM for Things portal and how they compare to the current portal.
What's changing?
The new portal continues to support custom branding for white-label customers. Most branding options work the same as before, with a few changes to image specifications and the removal of settings that are no longer applicable in the new interface.
Backwards compatibility
Your existing branding configuration will carry over automatically to the new portal — no action is required to keep your custom look and feel. However, because the logo dimensions have changed, your current logos may appear cropped or stretched in the new interface. We recommend providing updated logos in the new dimensions listed below for the best result. You can send your new logo files to your Account Manager or Customer Success Team contact person.

Table / Brand Style Settings
In the current portal, these settings are found under the Table configuration. In the new portal, they are part of the Brand Style section.

Summary of changes
What stays the same: Primary and secondary colors, login background image and favicon, header color and header text color all continue to work as before.
What's updated: The brand logo and login logo now support larger dimensions and additional image formats (SVG, JPG, JPEG in addition to PNG).
What's been removed: Panel color, button color, and button text color have been removed because the new portal design no longer uses these elements.
