Account events
Account Report
The customer should be able to see only the logs for the callbacks that he controls and define in the callback page.
Account Events will include:
When a callback api is fired towards the customer's server it will be logged in the account events along with the response from the Customer server. Last 4 weeks Account Events will be available in this screen.
1. Click Account to view the Account activities report. Refer to the following screen.

2. The Account tab lists the callback Event logs under the Enterprise and Deleted endpoints events. Refer to the following screen.

The following transaction details are displayed on the screen.
Field | Description |

Time | Indicates the date and time when the Callback API event took place. Time is displayed in UTC standards |
Category | Indicates the type of service. For example Callback, Coverage change and Endpoint Delete |
Initiator | Indicates the account from where the callback initiated. Indicates the account from where the endpoint deleted. |
Event Type | Indicates the Process Name of the callback API and Delete Endpoint. |
Status | Indicates the status of the callback API and Endpoint Delete. |
Response | Indicates the HTTP Response of the callback API Indicates the Response of the endpoint delete. |
View | ![]() Providing the details of the Endpoint deleted. Not available for other categories. |
Note: We are writing Account events for Account provisioning, Call Back events, Schedulers, Plan change, MDB activation, MDB deactivation, Add subscription, Addon deactivation, service profile modification, Ratezone modify, Counter update, Balance update and Support user login.
3. After clicking the view button, the following screen is displayed

The following transaction details are displayed on the screen.

Deletion Date & Time | Indicates the date and time when the account deleted |
Status | Indicates the Endpoint deleted status successful or failed? |

Total Data Usage Current Month | Indicates the total data usage current month |
NB-IoT Usage Current Month | Indicates the current month NB-IoT usage |
SMS Usage Current Month | Indicates the current month SMS usage |
Cost Current Month | Indicates the cost current month value |
Monthly Limit/Balance | Indicates the Monthly Limit/Balance |
Prepaid or Postpaid | Indicates the Endpoint Prepaid or Postpaid |
MDB Configuration | Configured MDB name |
Addon Configuration | Configured Addon name |
4. Advanced search
Click

to view advanced search. For the transaction type Account, you can filter on Start and End date, Status (success/failure), Category and Event Type.
