Cancel Location
The cancel location functionality allows to force a network reattach. This can be to correct some device misbehaviour. The Cancel subscriber location feature is used to trigger HSS Cancel Location procedures for a given (single) IMSI, for all the network domains (2G, 3G, 4G, NBIOT) where the subscriber is currently attached.
1. On the top menu, click Tools to view the cancel location screen. Refer to the following screen.

2. Enter or select the following information in the corresponding fields.

Resource type | Select the resource type through which the M2M device can be identified. 1. ICCID – ICCID indicates the serial number of the SIM. ICCID is a unique reference number given for each SIM. 2. IMSI - Indicates the IMSI of the SIM. IMSI is a unique 15 digits reference number for identifying the SIM card or device in a network. 3. MSISDN – Indicates the MSISDN of the endpoint |
Number | Enter the corresponding ICCID, IMSI, or MSISDN number |
3. After entering the details, click Submit. A confirmation message is displayed indicating the cancel location is triggered successfully.

If you click Submit, without entering the Resource type and number details in the corresponding fields, the following notification is displayed on the Cancel Location screen.
