SIM Details - Overview Usage
To get the detailed view of the usage per SIM, you need to go to the ‘Statistics’, select ‘Overview Usage’.
Please select one month ‘Month Year’ and then your will be able to get he ‘Get SIM Details’. It will open a new window, and statistics will be loaded, it can takes several minutes to load all the data.
GET SIM DETAILS is a feature that provides Usage records with SIM-level information and a granularity of 15 minutes which is limited to 1.500.000 records. With Customer growth, the majority of SFT Customers were not able to get a full month.
To overcome this limitation, new granularity options are available that need to be selected prior to click GET SIM DETAILS button based on already available DAILY and MONTHLY buttons
if DAILY is selected then GET SIM DETAILS will generate report with SIM-level information and a granularity of 15 minutes
if MONTHLY is selected then GET SIM DETAILS will generate report with SIM-level information and a granularity of daily and monthly
Note that for both options, GET SIM DETAILS availability is limited to 1.500.000 records. In case MONTHLY is selected, the number of (raw) records is significantly reduced.

A new browser TAB will be opened with the SIM details report. The report can take some time to fully load (depending on how much data is requested).

You can now enable or disable Dimensions for the report like the Country, Endpoint , ICCID…
