Benefits

The benefit on the base plan is a one time benefit. (both for prepaid and postpaid plans)

1. After adding the Notification, click Benefits to add a Benefit to the rate plan. Refer to the following screen.

2. Click Add New Benefit to add Benefit to the Rate plan. Refer to the following screen.

3. After clicking the button, the following screen is displayed.

4. Enter or select the following information in the corresponding fields. Fields marked with "|" are mandatory.

Field	Description
Benefit category	Select the Benefit Category in the drop-down list. Addon Account (Units) – Select Addon Account (Units), to receive the benefits in the form of free units. Main Account – Select Main account to receive the benefits in the form of balance to your main account. Note: Main Account is applicable for prepaid connection only
Benefit	Based on the Benefit category selected, select the Benefit type. If you select "Addon Account (Units)" as Benefit category, Benefits available are Data or SMS If you select "Main Account" as Benefit category, benefit is auto-populated as Main account
Value (MB)	Based on the Benefit selected, the corresponding value field is displayed. For example, this field is displayed when you select "Data/NB-IOT" as Benefit Enter the volume of data to be given as a benefit.
Value (Count)	Based on the Benefit selected, the corresponding value field is displayed. For example, this field is displayed when you select "SMS" as Benefit Enter the number of SMS to be given as a benefit.
Value (Money)	Based on the Benefit selected, the corresponding value field is displayed. For example, this field is displayed when you select "Main account" as Benefit Enter the value of money to be given as a benefit. Note: This field is displayed only for Prepaid connection
Action	Select an Action to be done with the benefits on the account. Balance Overwrite – This overwrites the current benefit balance with actual benefit balance.
Ratezone	By default, this field is not displayed,this field is displayed when you select "Addon Account (Units)" as Benefit category. Select the Ratezone to where the Benefit is applicable, current system for base plan we are supporting only one rate zone.

5. Click Add to add the Benefit. Refer to the following screen.

6. After clicking the button, the following screen is displayed.

On the Benefit screen, click

to edit the Benefit details.
On the Benefit screen, click

to delete the Benefit details.
