Understanding the SIM Based fees present in the Platform

There are Multiple SIM Based fees present in the Platform.

1. Base Plan SIM Management

2. Feature Based SIM Management

3. SIM Benefit Fee with Pooled Dynamic Benefit

4. SIM Benefit Fee with Non Pooled Dynamic Benefit

There are cases where Customer can have more than 1 SIM Management Fee with Combinations like

Base Plan SIM Management, Feature Based SIM Management, Pooled Dynamic Benefit, Non Pooled Dynamic Benefit.

General Rule:

Dynamic Benefit SIM Activation Fee will always overwrite the Base Plan SIM Activation Fee

Dynamic Benefit SIM Benefit Fee will always overwrite the Base Plan SIM Management Fee

Below are the charging Rules when Customers have Combination of SIM Managements(SM)

•Example

• If Customer is having Base Plan SM+ Feature based SM  then, System will charge both Base plan SM + Feature base SM Fees

• If Customer is having Base Plan SM + Feature Based SM + Pooled Dynamic Benefit, then system will charge for Pooled Dynamic Benefit + Feature base SM fees

• If Customer is having Base Plan SM + Feature based SM +Non-Pooled Dynamic Benefit, then system will charge for non-Pooled Dynamic Benefit +Feature based SM

• If Customer is having Base Plan SM + Feature based SM +Pooled Dynamic Benefit +Non-Pooled Dynamic Benefit, then system will charge for Pooled Dynamic Benefit+non-Pooled Dynamic Benefit +Feature base SM.
